Go Pack Go!

Ella's been a super fan, first the Twins this weekend and now Monday Night Football - Green Bay vs Minnesota! Ella showed her team pride by cramming herself into her 6 month cheerleader outfit. GO team GO! Apparently, it worked because they won!

We also continued the birthday celebration and enjoyed dinner at a local Thai restaurant with our friends, the LaFleurs. Ella and Sophia are good pals!

Today is the actually birthday of Mommy. Ella is doing a good job of being nice. She's going to write a little manual for other babies so they can learn how to celebrate their mommy's birthdays - stay tuned for that. Daddy is in Chicago for the day so Ella's being extra good.

Our house is a little chilly this morning. It was down to 65 when I just peeked at the thermostat. I turned the heat on to warm it up a few degrees but turned it off. We have a new furnace, and the problem with new furnaces is that they have a little bit of grease to burn off when they run the first time. During installation and check, it set off the smoke detectors. Well, we now have all new smoke detectors since the furnace was installed...including a new one in Ella's room. The last thing I need is alarms blaring during nap time. Ella's covered with a blanket, so we'll wait until we go for a walk before turning the heat back on.
