The hospital has volunteers who knit hats for new babies. Some of the nurses noted that while they are very grateful, the pattern that they are using is probably appropriate if the hospital was delivering 20-lb babies.
Thus, Ella is now the owner of this awesome hat.

She's so cute, Christy and Loren! I love the hat. All hats are too big for Jolie at this point... at least the knitted one isn't falling over her precious little eyes!
Congrats again!!!!!! So lucky to have her EARLY!!!
