Saturday, we brought Ella to the Minneapolis Institute of Art for some fancy cultured learnin'

We (Loran) eventually got scolded by the docents not to have Ella on his shoulders. They weren't worried about her safety, they were worried she'd fall into the art...


Ella and I danced in this fancy parlor. It was a great time!

Ella really seemed to enjoy seeing the art. She was very happy and was quiet when she needed to be, but every once in while, quite chatty!

I can't believe Ella turned 13 months yesterday, she's growing so much. She's squirming around the floor like a little inchworm to get toys. It's so cute, she puts her butt up in the air and wiggles forward! She'll be mobile eventually, then we're all in trouble given her studious personality.
