Some people would find it to be a bad start to the day, even bad luck, to go outside in the morning to say hi to your daddy (who is cleaning out the gutter) only to get pooped on by a bird!! That's not a good start to the day!
Unless you're Ella.
And there is apparently something magical about being the target of bird poop, in that you decided today is the day, you will crawl. Normally. Like almost every other baby. And on this occasion of crawling with your knees, you figure out, you can go fast!
Look out world, Ella's got a new form of mobility - and only 9 months late! Of course, because she's doing everything backwards - she's already pulling up (sometimes to standing), cruising along furniture, people, walls - everything, and able to walk alongside us holding onto one hand.
As for Bearclaw - so far, so good. We've made it to week 7. The extreme tiredness and fatigue has set in, but otherwise, I'm feeling fine. I'll take sleepiness over nausea anytime.

Congrats Ella!! Love the special gift from above. That is hysterical.
In Italy, it's good luck to have a bird drop a little something something on your head. Leave it to world traveler Ella to put that lucky charm to work for her!
