This Thursday, Christy volunteered at the White Bear Lake Area Historical Society booth at Marketfest (http://www.marketfest.org) - which is a three-hour event from 6 to 9.
Ella and I went home with her stroller around 7 to eat some dinner, but then we decided to walk back. I thought I'd just have Ella walk - holding on to me with one or both hands like usual - as far as she could, then carry her the rest of the way.
To my surprise, Ella walked the whole way. It's a half-mile! (http://bit.ly/BT2re) It took us about a half-hour, so that averages 1mph.
This has me further convinced that Ella could probably walk but is just too smart for her own good.
