We had a great Fourth of July! The morning started with the children's parade which consists of neighborhood kids in strollers and on bikes, dogs and the rest of the families. There are about 30 spectators who come to watch the festivities. At the end of the parade route, everyone runs to the park for games, watermelon and lemonade. We had a great time. Ella liked watching the kids running around.

That night, we had everyone over to our house for our annual BBQ. It was nice a relaxing - with lots of food!

We brought Ella right to the source, to watch fireworks. She did really well. Flinched a lot, but didn't cry. She also would "oooooh and ahhhh" it was cute!
