The problem with being a Minnesotan and having that accent? When you’re doing your CVC worksheets (consonant, vowel, consonant) in Kindergarten, you constantly spell ‘bag’ wrong because you pronounce it incorrectly.
Additionally, we have to work on animal identification and/or spend more time in the NYC subways. Ella thought that bottom animal was a porcupine. Since that wouldn’t fit in three letters, she abbreviated it pnp.
