Clothes can do a lot of things. They can portray a style, keep you out of the elements and give a message about who you are and what you believe. They can also be the means by which your parents exploit you for their own fun, without your knowledge, such as in Ella's case. Sure, she's worn the onsies that broadcast her love for Mommy or Daddy, advertised the party that was happening in her crib at 3am and asked the reader if they perhaps, got milk? But yesterday, Ella got to wear a new shirt, one that comes with a title. A big sister shirt.
We found out that we're expecting our second little creature around Valentine's Day - we just love having kids around holidays and during cold spells. Maybe this one will come home in an ice storm too!
It's still early, only 5 weeks...35 long weeks to go. Or, 245 days, give or take a few. So far, just a little more tired that usual. Usual? Ella's a full-force toddler. Who knows how awake/tired I "should" be.
We call it Bearclaw. If you think that's weird, we called Ella Con Queso.
Eventually, we'll have to change the name of the blog - but to Ella, it will always be Ellatime.
